Age requirement for special needs vary. Offers counseling to parents dealing with partner conflict, stress, or mental health issues. Provides Triple P seminars and parenting classes for fathers. Provides tailored therapy sessions, one-on-one, with families or in a group settings, focused on addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder, anger management, life transitions, single or co-parenting, divorce mediation, and other personal or emotional issues.

Description
Offers individual and group therapy designed to help clients understand, manage, and reduce anger in healthy, constructive ways. Sessions incorporate evidence-based strategies and trauma-informed care to address underlying emotional triggers and develop effective coping skills. This service is ideal for adults, teens, or families struggling with persistent irritability, conflict, or aggressive behavior.
