Description
Offers an early intervention program model that offers opportunities for individual learning within a natural group environment through the implementation of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) practices for children 18 months to 3 years with autism or at-risk for autism. Uses ESDM practices of daily routines and play-based activities to facilitate developmental sequences in young children with autism or at risk for autism similar to their typically developing peers. Aims to help minimize the developmental delays associated with early autism and increases young childrenâs developmental growth in the cognitive, social-emotional, communication, fine, and gross motor developmental areas. Service is provided in a classroom based environment and meets 5 days per week from 8:30am-12:00pm.
