Veteran Benefits Assistance

Description

Provides housing search and placement, intensive case management, financial assistance, referrals to healthcare and legal service, links to VA services (where appropriate) and post-placement support.

Hours

Monday-Friday, 8-5pm

Required Documents

Valid identification, DD214-proof of service and 3rd party homelessness verification.

Eligibility

Active duty/other than dishonorable discharge/under 50% AMI
