Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm; closed for lunch: daily 12:30-1:30pm

Eligibility
Contra Costa County residents, ages 0-17 with full scope Medi-Cal. Does not require clients to become registered patients of the clinic.
Fees
None; must have full scope Medi-Cal; no sliding scale is available.
Intake Procedure
Call to schedule appointment; client may self refer. Appointment for mental health screening will be scheduled.
