Homeless Shelter

Description

Provides shelter for 10 families and provides three meals a day, dependent on availability. All families have a case manager on-site. Tutoring services are available for children and adults.

Hours

24 hours daily

Required Documents

Valid identification, social security cards, birth certificate, income verification, verification of school enrollment and immunization records for minor children.

Eligibility

Adult with physical and legal custody of one or more children under age 18, pregnant woman in third trimester of pregnancy, homeless or at-risk of homelessness. Others may be considered on case, by case basis.

Intake Procedure

Must be referred by CORE team. Call 2-1-1 to be transferred to CORE and reach the shelter intake line. Can also dial 2-1-1 and press option 3 to be directed to CORE program automatically.
