Eligibility

Have a past-due balance of at least $100, household income must not exceed the program income limit of 400% federal poverty level, have a PG&E residential account in the name of the adult living in the household, make a payment of $50-$1,000 toward overdue bill, so that PG&E can match the payment after enrollment is confirmed.

    Eligibility

    REACH: Must have a minimum outstanding balance of $100 and maximum of $300 (if a senior citizen outstanding balance of at least $50). Total gross household income must be at or below 200% of federal poverty income guidelines. Assistance can only be used for past due balances and applicant can only receive assistance once every 12 months.
