Description
Assists clients with REACH applications through the DollarEnergyFund website of PG&E. Scans and uploads bills, proof of income and all required documents to submit a completed application.
Hours
Phone Hours: 24 hours daily; REACH application walk-ins: Tuesday or Thursday, 1pm - 4pm
Required Documents
PG&E disconnection notice, valid identification, proof of income for the previous 30 days for all members of the household with an income. Valid immigration status is not required.
Eligibility
Must have a residential account with PG&E in the name of an adult living in the household, have received either a 15-day or a 48-hour disconnection notice, not have received REACH assistance within the past 12 months, have household income that does not exceed the REACH income guidelines, see website for details.
