Contra Costa resident and refugee (refugee defined as a person who is unable to return to his or her own country because of persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion and has been officially given refugee status) Asylee, victim of trafficking and parolee.
