Eligibility

Concord resident; meet income requirements; first time homebuyer (household that has not owned a home within the past three years); able to qualify for a first mortgage from a participating lender. The homebuyer must provide a minimum of 3% of the purchase price.

Provides a variety of housing repair services for low-income residents of Concord including Accessibility Upgrades for the Elderly & Disabled, Lead Based Paint Abatement, Mobile Home and Single Family Home Repair Grants and Weatherization and Home Security for seniors. Repairs or replacement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural systems which show obvious signs of deterioration, as well as modifications to the residence for the physically handicapped, are eligible.
