Description:

Provides bilingual/bicultural mental health services for primarily Spanish speaking residents of Contra Costa who are experiencing emotional distress, problems with children, and crisis or conflict within the family. Services include information and referral, education and advocacy. Offers comprehensive wrap-around services and intensive case management to adults age 25+ who experience severe and persistent mental illness. Offers only individual therapy to adults and minors. Some group parenting groups available in partnership with other partners.

Individuals 6+ with full-scope Medi-Cal; adults: non-insured individuals or with full scope Medi-Cal no Medicare recipients; uninsured children must be referred by the school and will receive services at school campus.

Fees

Full-scope Medi-Cal for minors. No one is denied service based on immigration status.

Intake Procedure

Call and leave a message. Call will be returned to schedule an assessment. Due to high demand, intakes may be postponed until there is are available therapists.

      Description

      Offers a wraparound program through MHSA, serving adults aged 25+, with serious mental illness who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness. The program provides high level case management through the recovery model including support services such as housing, vocational rehabilitation, and counseling.

        Description

        Offers a range of programs for young people in West Contra Costa County to promote healthy pro-social behaviors that will lead to a healthy productive adulthood. Health education school-based programs include after-school programs, peer education, psycho-education support groups, and case management.
