Works with families who have an open case with Children and Family Services (CFS), who are at imminent risk of becoming homeless. Provides housing problem-solving and/or one time financial assistance to assist individuals in remaining in safe and stable housing. Referrals through 211. If a CARE Center encounters an individual who is at imminent risk, refer individual to 211 for referral. 211 provides triage tool.
