Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm

Required Documents

DD214 or NGB22, photo ID and eviction notice/ pay to quit notice/ foreclosure documentation (eviction prevention / foreclosure only)

Eligibility

Veterans must have a minimum of 180 days of service and a DD214 or NGB22. Will be disqualified if they have a felony conviction, sex offender charge, dishonorably discharged, or served for less than 180 days.
