Description:
WestCAT is a service of the Western Contra Costa Transit Authority, which provides a network of local and express bus routes throughout west Contra Costa County: serving the cities of Pinole and Hercules and the unincorporated communites of Montalvin Manor, Tara Hills, Bayview, Rodeo, Crockett, and Port Costa. The express bus routes operate to and from the El Cerrito del Norte BART station 7 days a week. In addition, WestCAT operates regional service between Martinez and the Hercules Transit Center and between the Hercules Transit Center and Contra Costa College. Also, WestCAT operates transbay bus service between the Hercules Transit Center and the San Francisco Transbay Terminal, called the Lynx.

Description
Provides free access to public transportation for youth under the age of 18 from June 1st, 2026 to Jul, 31st, 2026. Must take County Connection, Tri Delta Transit, and WestCAT buses to receive free transportation.
Hours
Youth can access free rides during normal business hours through June 1st, 2026 to Jul, 31st, 2026 Office: Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 6pm; Bus: Monday - Friday, 5am - 12am; Saturday/Sunday, 7am - 10pm

Be under the age of 18. Can only access free youth rides on County Connection, Tri Delta Transit, and WestCAT buses for free.
