Hotline: 24 hours daily; Empowerment Center: Monday-Friday, 9-5pm
Eligibility
Victim of domestic violence; substance abuse not tolerated; must be able to care for self and children; children: 0-17 years old.
Fees
Counseling fees: Sliding scale; no fee for survivors of domestic violence.
