Offers a variety of volunteer opportunities to assist with data entry, making phone calls, copying, filing, preparing meeting materials, meal preparation, filling envelops, organizing and assisting with internet technology needs.

      Description

      Provides emergency and transitional housing for families. Offers private family rooms, 3 meals per day, mailing address, telephone/voicemail access, housing advocacy, vocational assistance, referrals to substance abuse and mental health treatment. Minor child must be in the direct care of the adult for shelter placement when offered shelter placement.

      Hours

      Shelter and Answering machine: 24 hours daily; Shelter Placement referrals: Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm

      Eligibility

      Homeless family, head of household must be 18 years of age or older with accompanying dependent children or be pregnant in the last trimester of pregnancy.
