Provides a variety of services for individuals of all ages with cerebral palsy and their families including information and referral, counseling, support, education and advocacy for infants, adolescents and adults with cerebral palsy and their families. Offers Special Needs Aquatic Program (SNAP), a swimming/water program for children with cerebral palsy, helping them gain muscle strength and movement. Program is offered in Berkeley and Palo Alto for ages 1 to 18. Offers a Special Needs Youth Basketball Camp in Martinez for children ages 6-18 in the spring and fall.

Description
Provides children with disabilities a recreation assistants to enable them to attend traditional after school care programs. It is open to children in grades K-8. UCPGG pays for the recreation assistant and the participating family is only responsible for the traditional charges of the after school program that they choose.
