Distinguishing features include the ability to create customized messages, the number of mailboxes the system supports, the maximum length of messages, storage limits for messages, the number of simultaneous connections that are possible, voice recognition capabilities, the number of languages it supports, the ability to identify staff members by spelling their name, the ability to access the system remotely and the system's interoperability with the organization's automated attendant.
