Office: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm; Clinic: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm; Wednesday, 10:30am - 7:00pm

Sliding scale based on monthly income for uninsured patients, offers payment plans and accepts Medicare, Medi-Cal; PPO's, some services are free.
