Eligibility
Adults and Older Adults 60+, in need of geriatric services
Fees
$140/hour per consultations and home assessments; $34/hour for home care (up to 8 hours). No fee for holocaust survivors, Family Caregiver Support Program, Information and referral, or the Volunteer Services program.
Intake Procedure
Call for information and an interview appointment.
