Eligibility

Home must have an individual water meter and be the primary residence of the applicant. Maximum gross income for a family of 4 is $68,500. Participation in program is valid for two years, must reapply for continual assistance. Program is not retroactive.

Intake Procedure

Apply online or call to request application be mailed. Clients can fax, mail, or email completed application. No walk-ins accepted.
