Description:
Responds to questions and concerns about hazardous materials and the environmental health impact on Contra Costa residents. The Ombudsman reports to the Director of Contra Costa Health Services and the County Board of Supervisors. In case of emergency i.e. chemical spill, refinery fire, illegal dumping in which an inspector is needed contact Administration during business hours; if after hours call 911. Provides general mold information and referral.
