Arranges free, non-emergency air travel for children and adults with serious medical conditions and other compelling needs. Offers a network of 1,500+ pilots throughout the 12 western states who donate their aircraft, piloting skills, and all flying costs to help families in need, enabling them to receive vital treatment that might otherwise be inaccessible because of financial, medical, or geographic limitations.

Description
Arranges free, non-emergency air transportation donated by volunteer pilots in small, private planes for medical patients to and from their treatment centers. Offers "compassion flights" for non-patients traveling for reasons such as, but not limited to, visiting a terminally ill family member, domestic violence relocation, and special needs camps. Does not fly for funerals and is not an "air ambulance."
