Required Documents
ID, references, proof of income and proof of home ownership.
Eligibility
Home Seekers or Home Owners 18+. Home seekers must have a stable income less than $119k and clear a background check. Both seeker and homeowners must live, work or attend school in Contra Costa County.

Intake Procedure
Call for phone screening or request intake application to complete by mail or email. Process usually takes 3-4 weeks.
