Fee for credit report: $25 for one person, $40 for two or more.

    Description

    Assist qualified homeowners with home repairs for health and safety needs that are identified by Habitat's inspector during a site visit of the property. Offers home repair grants throughout Contra Costa County. Offers home repair grants and rehabilitation loans for larger projects to Walnut Creek residents. Loans are 1% simple interest with no payments required until home is sold or transferred.
