Mortgage statements, bank statements, utility bill, and income documentation (paystubs, tax returns, or unemployment document).

Eligibility

Household income is at or below 100% of the county's local median income, be at least two mortgage payments past due by December 27, 2021. Must currently own and occupy the property as their primary residence. May only own and occupy one property, homeowner must owe $80,000 or less at the time of application submission.
