Offers a 24-hour toll-free accredited crisis intervention program for older and disabled adults. Provides a crisis and a warm line for routine phone calls that provide emotional support, reassurance, crisis intervention, elder abuse prevention, suicide prevention and information and referral for additional care. Trained staff and volunteers receive calls and make outgoing calls, offering an ongoing connection for many individuals who may be lonely, isolated, grieving, depressed, anxious, and/or thinking about death or suicide. All services are free of cost.
